Welcome to Kathmandu! We’ll receive you at the airport upon your arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check out for a placard with your name outside the airport. Afterward, we’ll take you to our office to discuss the tour. You will also meet your trek guide. There are no plans for today, so you can choose to spend the evening shopping for necessary gear, clothing, or snacks. Enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the most excellent Nepali restaurants in Kathmandu.

The day begins with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, you’ll meet your tour guide and embark on a sightseeing tour of the historical Kathmandu City. There are seven different UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. You will visit a few of the most famous UNESCO Sites, such as Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The tour begins with a visit to the hilltop Swayambhunath Stupa followed by a brief tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square. You will visit the ancient Malla palace now turned into a museum. After lunch, you’ll embark on a short drive to the largest Hindu temple in the country, Pashupatinath. Visit the ancient site and explore some of the oldest temples in the city. The tour moves to another historical town, Bhaktapur. Visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and witness some of the archaeological wonders such as 55 Window palace, Naytapola Temple, Bhairava Temple, and Siddha Pokhari. The tour ends with a scenic drive to the hill-station of Nagarkot. Nagarkot lies in the outskirts of Kathmandu. You can catch the perfect sunrise and panorama of a few of the highest peaks on Earth from Nagarkot.

The day begins early as you wake up and head towards the local watchtower at Nagarkot. Watch the beautiful sunrise and relish the magnificent panoramic view of Mount Everest, Manaslu, Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and Dorje Lakpa. Afterward, you’ll enjoy your breakfast and head back to Kathmandu City. Along the way, make a stop at Lalitpur City and visit the ancient site of Patan Durbar Square. You will get to visit the Malla Palace that is now turned into a museum. Explore the surrounding areas that are rich with religious and cultural monuments. Unlike Kathmandu, Lalitpur is home to the most significant number of Newar Buddhists who follow Vajrayana Buddhism. You can visit some of the famous Buddhist Chortens in the city. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Enjoy your breakfast, and prepare to embark on a tour of Pokhara. Your guide will pick you up and drive you to the airport. You’ll embark on a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Enjoy a beautiful aerial view of the mountains, lush green hills, massive Trishuli and Gandaki Rivers en route to Pokhara. Spend the day exploring the beautiful city. Pokhara is home to nine different lakes, among which Phewa Lake is the largest among them all. You can choose to indulge in a boat ride at the lake and visit the Tal Barahi Temple, a temple located at the center of the lake. Some of the other popular destinations to visit around Pokhara are Davis Falls, Mountain Museum, Gupteshwor Cave, Begnas Lake, and UNESCO designated Pokhara Peace Stupa. Spend the evening lounging beside the beautiful Phewa Lake and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

Enjoy your breakfast and embark on a 2hr long drive to Nayapul. Leaving Pokhara, you’ll continue driving through Baglung Highway and arrive at the bustling town of Nayapul that serves as the starting point of Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Instead of undertaking the Annapurna Trek, you’ll embark on a short trek to Ghorepani Poon Hill. Begin climbing along the lush terraced fields to arrive at the foothills. From here, you’ll continue rising through the paved stone-steps to reach the Gurung village of Ghandruk. Ghandruk is a well-preserved Gurung village. Witness the indigenous lifestyle, culture, cuisine, and architecture at Ghandruk. Catch the magnificent sights of Annapurna I and Machhapuchhre from the village.

After early morning breakfast, you’ll embark on the trek. Begin traversing through the beautiful village and climb along with the Rhododendron forests towards Tadapani. The mountains will be visible at this point. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the neighboring Dhaulagiri Peak, and Annapurna I. Spend the noon exploring the traditional Gurung village. Overnight in Tadapani.

After the delicious breakfast you will head towards your next destination. You’ll take the course that continues climbing through lush rhododendron forests towards Ghorepani village. You will find a lot of tourists climbing up and down the trail. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the neighboring Dhaulagiri Peak, and Annapurna I. Spend the noon exploring the traditional Gurung village. Overnight in Ghorepani.

Wake up rather early and embark on a scenic hike towards Poon Hill (3210m). An hour-long walk will take you above Ghorepani village towards the local watchtower at Poon Hill. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise, along with other tourists. You will also get to witness the panoramic view of the mountains, Annapurna I, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri, and Gangapurna. Climb back down to Ghorepani village and enjoy a delicious breakfast before embarking on a trek to Nayapul. The trail climbs downhill through beautiful Gurung and Magar villages. You’ll trek past the traditional settlements of Ulleri and Tikhedhunga to arrive at Nayapul. A scenic 2hr long drive through Baglung Highway will bring you back to Pokhara. Spend the rest of the day walking around the lake or embark on a brief cycling tour of the city, overnight in Pokhara.

Leaving Pokhara, you’ll begin driving through the Prithvi Highway towards Charaudi. Today, you’ll indulge in an adventurous river rafting experience at the massive Trishuli River. Trishuli River is a Grade 4 river known for its thrilling whitewater rafting experience. During monsoon, the river can exceed Grade 4+. From Charaudi, you’ll change into your rafting gear and embark on a raft. The rafting can last anywhere from 3 – 4hr. You will encounter different forms of rapids such as Ladies delights, surprise, upset, monsoon, twin rock, butterfly, and monkey, all of which range as maximum as Grade 4. After completing the rafting, you’ll enjoy your lunch and embark on a ride to the south of the country. Leaving the Trishuli River, you’ll take a detour and drive along the Rapti River to reach Chitwan National Park. Stay in one of the most beautiful jungle lodges at Sauraha.

The day begins early as you have your lunch and embark on a Jungle Safari. Drive to the Safari station and embark on either an Asiatic Elephant or a jeep. The Safari will take you deep into the community forest. The entire tour may last 3-4hr. Some of the most common wildlife visible in the dense forests of Chitwan are One-horned Rhino, Mugger crocodiles, Gharial, Sambar Deer, and foxes. From here, you’ll take a trip down to the cultural Tharu village. Observe the ethnic lifestyle, culture, and traditions of local Tharu tribes. You can visit the Elephant Breeding Center and Crocodile Breeding Center at Sauraha. Spend the noon canoeing down the Rapti River while enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset. Overnight in Chitwan.

Along with abundant wildlife, you can also find many exotic birds in Chitwan, such as Cormorants, Blue Indian Roller, Hornbills, Grey-Headed Eagles, Ruby Cheeked Sunbird, Stork-billed Kingfishers, and Bengal Florican. Enjoy your breakfast, and take out your camera for a brief birding session. You can indulge in a souvenir shopping at Sauraha before embarking on a jeep and driving back to Kathmandu. Drive along the massive Rapti River and Trishuli River back to Kathmandu. The entire journey may last 5hr. Once in Kathmandu, you can head out to explore the city or visit the nearby Thamel to shop for a souvenir. Enjoy a delicious farewell dinner while sharing your experience with us.

On the last day in Kathmandu, you can choose to do whatever you like. If you need a massage, we can recommend you to the nearest massage center. Approximately two hours before your flight, we’ll drive you to the Tribhuvan International Airport.
